Customer Success Sales Agent - Norwegian
A global firm, who specialise in customer engagement IT solutions, as well as driving revenue for their impressive client base.
Based in South Dublin, they require a Customer Success Sales Agent with at least 2 years sales experience and fluent Norwegian.
This is an exciting permanent position for someone develop their experience in IT sales with expert training offered to the successful candidate.

What would a general day involve?
* Oversee the full life-cycle selling process of technology solutions and customers.
* Regular communication with customers through phone and email.
* Manage the quota attainment and activity metrics within assigned territory.
* Offer accurate monthly/quarterly sales projections.
* Develop relationships with external clients.
* Maintain professionalism throughout the sales process.
What are the skills required?
* At least 2 years’ sales experience, in a fast-paced environment.
* The successful candidate must be fluent in Norwegian.
* Degree educated or the equivalent experience.
* Experience in B2B selling.
* Familiar with phone sales, up to 30 calls a day.
* Working knowledge of the full sales life cycle.
* Excellent communications and organizational skills.
