Within Ireland, they also operate a strong DIY retailing organisation with stores nationwide and a kitchen business operating under a number of brands. They are now looking for an Account Manager to sell into the engineering and construction sectors.

As an Account Manager, you’ll maximise sales of our client’s steel products within the construction and engineering markets.
Reporting to the Director of Steel, you’ll work across Dublin, developing new business opportunities while delivering a superior standard of service to existing customers.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
- Building strong relationships with customers to facilitate repeat business
- Managing customer projects
- Chasing up any overdue payments
- Maintaining your knowledge of new and existing products within your market
- Assisting with tenders
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- Sales experience within the steel industry
- Account management and customer service experience
- Knowledge of steel and steel products
- A full, valid driving licence
Self-motivated and adaptable, as an Account Manager, you’ll have great written and verbal communication skills. A results-driven approach is key, as are superb team-working and networking abilities.
