Our client is a leading family run Insurance brokerage based just off the M50, Exit 6.  They pride themselves on their expertise at providing expert advice, specialised and scheme insurance products to a wide range of businesses and organisation and private clients.  Due to continued growth in their commercial customer base, they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Insurance Executive to join their team.

The Role

Managing portfolio of existing Commercial clients

Day to day interaction with clients – principally by phone and email, handling all aspects of the clients relationship.

Dealing with new business enquiries -quoting and negotiating in an informed & professional way.

Ensuring all administration and process is completed efficiently and accurately.

The Candidate

Minimum 5 years COMMERCIAL general insurance broking experience.

A proven track record in commercial account handling /new business development.

Experience in area of Property Insurance Services (including Landlord Scheme), Liability and SME business insurance.

Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong customer relationships.

Be a very good communicator- can listen and interpret customer needs.

Must be an excellent team player as well as energy & enthusiasm & a desire to do a good job.

Must be minimum APA Commercial General Insurance Qualified (preferably CIP) with up to date CPD record.
