Our client is keen to hire an experienced sales person to target convenience stores nationwide with stationery & office supplies, cards, print cartridges & toys product ranges in particular. The core responsibility is to reopen deceased accounts and cross sell additional product ranges into 'live' accounts nationwide.
The remuneration package includes a €35k - €40k salary + €10k commission plan, lunch allowance, phone, laptop and fully expensed Skoda Octavia.
Key responsibilities:
- Cover a defined territory covering Midlands, Connacht, Dublin areas.
- Promote & distribute stationery, licensed childrens products, Gardening lines, Electronic Cigarettes and a whole range of seasonal lines.
- Account manage existing and new convenience store accounts with the main retail players including Supervalu, Eurospar, Mace, Applegreen, Topaz.
- Identify buyers within these Groups and drive sales.
- Date entry into crm & paperwork
- Journey planning
Ideal applicants will have a background selling into newsagents & convenience stores preferably in their current position. It also helps to have some experience selling stationery products.
