As Retail Branch Manager, you will be working as part of a close branch management team, and reporting directly to the MD, you will play a key role in creating an efficiently-run and highly-motivated branch which will grow sales and profit

Key Responsibilities include of Retail & Distribution Branch Mger
* Effectively communicating, motivating, allocating and delegating tasks and responsibilities throughout the branch
* Effectively managing all branch resources (people, building, machines & vehicles)
* Prioritising and then dealing with all issues that arise within the branch
* Ensuring that the branch achieves and exceeds monthly and annual targets
* Understanding margins and costs
* Ensuring that the branch implements company procedures effectively
* Developing an effective relationship with the staff
* Developing excellent relationships with our suppliers
* Recruitment, induction, integration and retention of staff
* Developing your staff in terms of coaching and mentoring
* Taking responsibility for specific product areas
* Replenishing stock
* Ensuring the branch is always well-maintained
* Health & Safety procedures
* Transport procedures
* Sales and Purchases
* Branch security
Skills and Experience Required for Retail & Distribution Branch Mger
