New Business Development – Security Solutions – Dublin and Surrounding Area
A Field Sales Executive is required for an internationally successful security company covering Dublin and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for generating new business and sales within the SME marketplace particularly focussing on fingerprint access control, CCTV and intruder alarm solutions.
The Day to Day Role
- As a field sales executive for Almas Industries you will control the entire sales process, from lead generation and business development to close with on-going account management. After three months, the telemarketing team will supplement your appointments.
- 1 day per week is spent appointment setting and administration (in the Dublin 2 office), field based 4 days within your defined geographical area.
Package/ Benefits:
- Salary €25,000 - €32,500 dependent on experience
- Company car or car allowance plus mileage, rewarding commission structure and additional incentives. Current incentive is for a team weekend in Ibiza!
- Uncapped monthly commission & OTE approx. €36,000 - €45,000k
- 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
- Pension
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of field sales experience is essential
- Experience of selling solutions into SMEs or larger organisations
- Proven experience of sales lifecycle from first contact through to closing
