Sales Support Administrator
Datapac delivers high-quality and innovative ICT solutions to a wide range of private and public sector organisations. We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator in our IT Print Consumables department.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Generate quotes and process orders for the customer/prospect base of the assigned outbound sales account manager
Obtain pricing to facilitate both quotation generation and order processing
Monitor open orders and back orders and to release these orders for delivery as appropriate
Interact with customers and vendors through the quotation and ordering processing processes while keeping the outbound sales account manager updated regarding progress Interaction with internal Datapac departments - e.g. customer sales support, credit control, professional services, purchasing and logistics
To conduct call campaigns as directed by the assigned outbound sales account manager
Support the outbound sales account manager with sales administration
Keep the opportunities pipeline up to date
Requirements:
