Account Manager - IT Sales

(Office Based)

 The candidate will play an integral part of Sales Development and Account Managing. The role of Account Manager will operate across our corporate supply business and the main purpose is to manage the existing client relationship to secure and grow the Data Direct business in a professional, courteous and constructive manner. 

Account Manager - IT Sales 

The role will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the client relationship of existing accounts, to secure and grow Data Direct’s business across the corporate sector.

Overall responsibility for account managing 75% retained business and a 25% new business target.

Ensure you are fully familiar with all the products offered.

Be fully proficient with the sales process and its impact on other area’s of the business.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.

Ensure all internal databases are maintained up to date at all times.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A Commitment to customer service and providing the client with a first class service.
A Commitment to the sales process and its value to the business.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality are essential.

Ability to manage client relationships, to protect and identify other opportunities to promote Data Direct solutions.

Ability to work independently and/or as part of the wider sales department.

Strong time management and organisational skills.

Experience in the industry an advantage to this role.

Salary 30K OTE
