Our client, one of Ireland's leading supply-chain solutions providers to the telecommunications industry, is now seeking to hire a skilled Sales Executive to join their Dublin team on a permanent basis.
About the role:
You will be responsible for hunting out new growth opportunities across the European market and nurturing trading relationships to maximise new revenue growth.
What you will do:
Identify new sales opportunities
Develop and implement execution plans
Manage a sales pipeline and report on same
Build solid commercial relationships
Identify and develop new business channels
Closing net new business in line with defined targets
Build strong working relationships with international customers at key levels
Maintain a clean CRM and having the ability to report internally on progress and opportunities
What you will need:
3-5 years’ experience working in busy Sales environment is essential
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
A strong closer with a keen grasp of commercials
Experience in new territory development (International experience a plus)
Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Be flexible and comfortable working to deadlines and have a hunger to win new business
An understanding of sales process from sourcing prospects to closing the sale and customer follow-up
