Preferred Skills & Qualifications

· 1+ years equipment sales experience

· Good knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming operational practices

· Familiar with John Deere or competitive products, an advantage

· Good IT skills & ability to interpret internal reports

· Ability to work extended hours

· Excellent customer relationship skills

Essential Duties

· Sale of machinery to customers in a defined area that the dealership covers

· Maintains current product knowledge on all equipment and services

· Maintain current knowledge of financing options

· Conducts new equipment field demonstrations

· Executes goods delivery and follow up to customers

· Builds strong and loyal relationship with customers
