This is a diverse and challenging role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to prepare customer quotations and liaise with customers upon order confirmation.
Preparing Quotations & Tenders to strict deadlines
Data Entry & Maintenance of in-house systems (full training will be provided)
Liaising with Company Sales Representatives
Carry out general administration tasks relevant to this role & the Sales Team
Good communication skills, liaising with all levels across the organisation
Microsoft office skills are essential
Excellent planning skills with a methodically and process driven approach to work
Ability to work unsupervised as well as strong leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
Previous experience in a sales administration role / sales department an advantage
Previous experience in preparing quotations / tender applications an advantage
