This role offers you the opportunity to become an Independent Payments Broker & Consultant providing payment services improvements to all Irish & UK businesses utilising the CardFox panel of 14+ different banks/processors inc all market leaders (AIBMS, BOIPAY, Barclaycard, Elavon, and many more), 000s of gateways, all leading terminal manufacturer, ePOS and software integrations.

Instore, over the phone and e-commerce payments for both low and high risk industry MCC categories. Choice of all leading providers from the market place opens a massive opportunity for the right person to become hugely successful personally and professionally.

• Develop a plan of clear strategy for all stages of generating new business

• Develop self-generated pipelines in order to meet both personal and team weekly targets

• Identifying customer needs effectively in order to maximise all opportunities and meet customer expectations from a huge selection of options within the

broader payments market

• Engaging positively with prospective customers to ensure an understanding of products and services & maintaining an adequate lead to conversion rate

• Delivering exceptional service to prospective and existing customers

• Accurately capturing and logging required data and processing through appropriate systems, ensuring that all administrative requirements are completed in a timely manner, including completion of any reports

• Ensuring that all activity is completed in line with GDPR, AML/KYC, Risk and Compliance guidelines.

• Maintain an excellent knowledge of our full product portfolio and an understanding of the industry through keeping informed of technical developments, industry trends and competitor activities.

• Constantly being aware of all products and services of our 14+ banks/processors which offer a massive opportunity to grow your client listings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in financial services, banking, merchant services or utilities & proven track record in achieving targets particularly B2B

service-based industries.

• Exhibit exceptional track record in identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.

• Ability to converse with decision makers, business owners, accountants & advisors
