Role Responsibilities:
- Achieve Daily/Weekly & Monthly Sales Target
- Supporting the team members within their roles and providing support to achieve targets.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in a Door to Door Sales Role / Business Development Executive role.
- Utilities/ Electricity/ Telecoms or direct sales specific background desired but not essential as training is provided
- Proven ability to work to strict targets to help the team achieve its objectives.
- Proven ability to self-motivate and motivate other field sales representatives through challenging situations.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail essential.
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Full Clean driving licence required.
Package
- €26,052 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Weekly Travel/transport allowance
