FRS Recruitment are seeking a Customer Success Manager for a company new to the Irish shores. This is an exciting new position within the company, responsible for ensuring the success of multiple assigned accounts across the country. The successful candidates will identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within their accounts (most likely at C level). identifying solutions to adopt their software according to their individual requirements.
Think of this as a Consultant or Advisory role.
Think of it as Account Manager role with a slightly fancier title!
What are we looking for?
* 5 years account manager experience
* Previous experience working with SaaS products.
* Previous experience working in one of the following sectors – transport management, logistics and supply chain management or pallet line networks.
* Previous experience in working within Account Management or Renewals.
* Ability to adapt and deliver in a target driven environment
* Understands analytical insights and has great attention to detail
* Ability to understand both the strategic and tactical requirements of an organisation.
* Evidence of problem-solving experience.
* Is flexible to work in offices as required
* Can travel within the UK and internationally if required
