Our client is a market leading solutions provider into the Managed Print sector in Ireland. Right now, they are seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist to join their dynamic, results driven Sales Team.
The successful candidate will be driven to succeed, have a passion for sales and building long lasting relationships across B2B sectors.
Generous renumeration package with significant commissions and accelerators on offer for the successful candidate. Full product training is provided so industry experience is not required.
This role is a mix of face to face and remote customer engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in order to provide personalised assistance throughout the consultative sales process
- Identify opportunities and develop solutions in line with clients print strategy
- Develop, manage and close pipeline created from lead generation, customer meetings and events
- Ensure all customers are provided with accurate proposals
- Meet and exceed agreed performance objectives, KPI’s and sales targets.
- Ensure CRM and other systems are up to date to record all communications.
- Face to face engagement with the customers as well as utilising the many alternative methods used for communication.
- Attendance at tradeshows / conferences
Key Requirements:
- Have at least three years’ experience in a consultative sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Be self-sufficient, organised and able to manage own workload
- Be confident and articulate in all methods of communication, both written and verbal formats, face-to-face and remotely
- Be adaptable, a quick learner and committed to ongoing learning and professional development
- Experience in the Tech sector will be an advantage
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
