Indeed is seeking a Manager to join its growing Sales & CS Strategy team supporting Small Business. The Manager acts as a business partner to Global Sales & CS leadership, responsible for the systems and tools used by our customer facing teams. The manager will be tasked with overseeing the design, development, implementation and constant improvement of the tools and technology that will maximize efficiency and productivity for the business. The Manager will also work closely with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to design and advance key initiatives.

We collaborate with functions across Indeed, including Sales, Product, Finance, Client Services, and Marketing to identify strategies for growth and efficiency. Lead a team of strategists to drive sales and customer success strategies via the use of internal technologies
Partner with Sales and CS leadership to strategize, develop, and advance internal platforms to maximize performance
Identify, scope and drive critical projects and Sales/CS initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
Manage and develop a team that is focused on optimizing Sales and CS processes
Help shape strategy and direction of the business by drawing insights from our data and scoping, designing and executing market/segment specific insights and analyses
Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
Advocate for organizational efficiency by recommending innovative solutions, workflow design, and testing new ways of using internal technology
Lead sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market and competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to support decision-making
Who You Are
8+ years of work experience in strategy and operations or product management, preferably at a technology company, OR equivalent experience
You are a strategic and operational leader, and have demonstrated these skills leading cross functional teams and dealing with senior leaders / executives
Ability to define and execute product and project experiments and tests
Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
Fluency with SQL, Excel and Tableau (or other data visualization platform); able to create and edit queries, pull data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM
Experience with fast-paced, sales driven business models
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with history of influencing decisions
Curious and willing to develop a deep understanding of the business and take initiative to suggest ways to improve Indeed s go-to-market strategy and operations
Project management and internal product management skills and experience

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
