Retail Sales Executive – South Dublin and Mid Leinster
Zeus Packaging Group invite applications for the position of Retail Sales Executive to cover Dublin South and Mid Leinster.

Our product offering includes industrial packaging, food and retail packaging, janitorial and hygiene supplies, hospitality supplies, agricultural packaging and fashion retail supplies which we supply to a variety of industry sectors including grocery, food service, retail, cleaning, pharmaceutical, distribution, manufacturing, agricultural, health care and food processing
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and develop new and existing Sales opportunities.
Support business by maintaining very high level of client service.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of customers/ clients.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new clients that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Develop close working relationship with clients.
Develop detailed understanding of client’s business and business drivers.
Provide high quality, professional and consistent service to our customers.
Liaise with line manager, to achieve goals and targets.
First point of contact for key customer complaints, follow the correct complaints procedure to its conclusion. Any serious issues to be escalated to the Sales Manager.
Compile customer reports when required.
Ensure all chargeable works are invoiced promptly and accurately.
Any other “ad hoc” duties as required by the needs of the business.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
Display professionalism and confidence when communicating with all stakeholders.
The ability to work under pressure while meeting set target’s and ensuring attention to details.
Able to work on your own initiative and in a team.
Can do attitude.
1-2 years in a fast paced service or retail environment.
Call Centre experience an advantage, but not essential.
Fluent in English both written and oral.
PC literate – MS Office and Outlook.
Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Fuel card.
