​​​​​​​Today at Osborne we have a requirement for a Technical Account Manager coming with a background in Refrigeration or Air Con or both

This is a lovely role looking after current clientele but knowledge in the industry is absolutely essential.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Depending on Experience
Based onsite Monday – Friday in clients premises in Dublin 11

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships with current customers along with new customers that come to the business through the Sales Team.
Follow up on enquires and Leads that come directly into the office
Troubleshooting & Problem solving on accounts
Up selling where applicable with your  knowledge in Refrigeration / Air Con
Reporting on Sales of Key Accounts

Essential Requirement
Strong IT skills are essential
Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Degree (Advantage)
Industry knowledge absolutely essential (Refrigeration or Air Con or both)
Willing to up skill via training & progress
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Communications & Interpersonal skills
