Knowing that we needed to strengthen our sales team, we had exhausted all of our contacts to see if anyone was available, so we turned to the Net to see how we could recruit… with a little bit of scepticism (as we’d not used any web recruitment before)
We decided to place an advert with Salesjobs.ie and see what would happen. There website was easy to use, the support from Niall and the team was great and most importantly the response we received to the job spec enabled us to recruit two really good candidates within 3 weeks of placing the advert. This is a very cost effective way to recruit sales staff.
