We recently advertised for three senior sales positions and used salesjobs.ie as a part of our recruitment process. We followed the instructions from salesjobs refreshing the ads daily, monitoring new cvs and proactively e mailing suitable candidates.
We were delighted with the response and most of our interviewees were generated through sales jobs rather than through our traditional recruitment channels. Of the three candidates we employed one candidate was generated through salesjobs.ie. I would highly recommend using salesjobs.ie as a part of your recruitment process.
