Salary: €42k basic salary (€60k with OTE)

Sales Development Representative (French speaker) Package:

Sales Development Representative (French speaker) Role:
Proactively drive customer engagements that exhibit an in-depth knowledge of the prospect's business, talent acquisition initiatives and general strategies.
Conduct in depth research and analysis of all owned accounts within book of business.
Leverage internal and external resources to garner customer intelligence.
Effectively deploy a multitude of strategic introductory and consultative sales approaches.
Initiate and create direct sales conversations, executive meet-ups, and opportunities for iCIMS executives to present thought leadership and the iCIMS platform to potential customers.
Leverage detailed knowledge of the market and competitors to communicate iCIMS' unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Uses Salesforce CRM to track and record sales activity to ensure that metrics can be accurately measured.
Uses SalesLoft to track all outreach (email/phone/social)
Uses supporting technology (Gong, Engagio, ZoomInfo, Terminus) to craft account penetration strategies.
Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times, policies and processes are observed and that behaviour aligns with iCIMS' core competencies.
Sales Development Representative (French speaker):
Educated to degree level
Bi-lingual fluency in English and French
Preferred - a year's telephony sales/B2B experience, ideally focused on new customer acquisition
Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Thrive in a target driven, changing environment - resilient and adaptable within a results orientated environment
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed, great initiative and creativity
Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build a new function from the ground up
