* Building a pipeline, prospecting and identifying new business
* Introducing new products and solutions to clients and closing sales
* Develop business with multinational companies
* Cross selling all divisions to clients, building relationships and trust
* Building customer loyalty through effectively meeting customer's needs
* Working with the management team to help grow the overall business
* Preparing & delivering reports and achieving agreed KPI's as necessary
* Attending and reporting at meetings as required
* A strong and proven track record within Sales & Account Management.
* Experience & proven sales success in the pharma, blue-chip & tech sectors desirable.
* Experience in the health & safety sector desirable
* Results driven, self-motivated, optimistic and resilient.
* Excellent written and customer facing skills.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
* Proven track record delivering in a target driven environment to specific KPIs.
