A leading Agricultural business is currently looking to recruit a Trade Counter Associate. Our client specialises in the Agricultural, Hardware & DIY Trades.
With over 60 years in business my client has been the proud recipient of numerous retail awards including ‘2014 Hardware store of the year’. The successful candidate will have considerable knowledge of building materials, DIY, plumbing, along with experience in selling to the trade and retail customers.
Location: This role would suit someone living in West Wicklow, South Kildare, North Carlow regions.
Contract: This is a full time role (39 hours) working 5 of 6 days (Monday to Saturday).
Duties and Responsibilities
* Accepting payments and dealing with returns
* Deal with trade counter & phone enquiries
* Preparing quotations and following up
* Assist and take ownership with maintaining stock level
Candidate profile
* Plumbing and/or Building Knowledge
* Sales focused and Excellent customer service skills
* Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
