My client, an exciting, Irish indigenous business success story are looking for a seasoned Business Development /Hunter Expert to develop new business within its B2B target list. Reporting directly to the Founder, the role is responsible for developing and building new client relationships and operating a full 360 sales cycle with new prospects in Ireland and abroad. My client have great products they just need someone who can open doors and close deals. Deal sizes vary from 40k-2million.

My client will pay handsomely, and a top sales performing salesperson can expect a significant 6 figure income.The role is based in Dublin with WFH option available.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for successfully selling solutions services to C Suite in mid to large companies.

* New Business Development. Experience working as a Hunter, obtain and develop "new" business clients and develop key relationships for locating new opportunities with target clients.

* Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities. Experience in presenting to 'C level' executives of organisations and preparing formal proposals; presenting presentations, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure.

* Excellent experience of solution-selling strategies and tactics

* Good understanding of building winning value propositions (based on both products and services)

* Strong experienced in selling solution services (based on a combination of products and services) through effective cold calling and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the clients.

* Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills

* Must have met and exceeded Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals

* Update management team on a periodic basis

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven New Business Development success in a B2B setting

* 7+ years of solution sales

* Understands business processes in complex organisations and how to present solutions to them.

* Process driven individual who will work independently but can take a proven model to market and stick to a Sales Playbook

* Acumen to understand client's business, strategy and regulatory imperatives; subsequently aligns my clients' strategy, solutions and services to add value.

* This is a sophisticated sales role and process. So, a superb, C level communicator is required.

* Good Understanding in new and conventional technologies, best practices and platforms prevalent in regulated markets.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to make effective technical and business presentations

* People-person with an innate ability to develop relationships at all levels of the client organisation and maintain them on a longer term

* Ability to perform the role of a "trusted" advisor for clients and my client's management and stakeholders

* Good analytical, problem solving, presentation skills, e.g. budgeting and forecasting. Self-motivated and possess strong organisational and interpersonal networking skills

* Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

NB** This is a very well-paid Pure Hunter role and not an account management position
