Alex Jane Kitchens, Bedrooms and bathrooms are looking for customer facing designers to work with our customers and create the rooms of their dreams. We are a small family run bespoke Joinery manufacturer, installer and retailer of fitted kitchens, bedroom, bathroom furniture and additional joinery items
Anything the client can imagine, providing you can draw it, can become reality. We have created bespoke furniture and design choices for many individuals in Ireland and the UK Our team is trained in variety of laminate, stone, Corian, hi-macs and Terrazzo worktops,. Our supply chain offers an overwhelming choice of integrated appliances. Luxurious worktops including Quartz, Granite Corian and Terrazzo are part of our standard range. We work with some of the best lighting manufacturers in the industry. Alex Jane Bespoke living has a strong focus on the customer, and you will be expected to carry this diligent focus through with your job role.
Outstanding customer service and sales support is key to our business. Kitchen Design experience is essential however due to the consultative nature of this role; ideal candidates will have come from kitchen design background or interior design consultancy based sales. Some training can be given but as a kitchen and home living designer, you'll take the customer through our sales process, you'll have qualified and arranged home consultations where a process is followed to educate the customer on the possibilities within their home. You will spend a number of hours building a rapport with the client helping them. Every kitchen is unique to that client and made specifically for them. All our kitchens are designed and manufactured with no kitchens coming off the shelf waiting for the customer to buy.
You'll be creating an inspirational design that will be specifically manufactured for that customer, assembled and delivered for that customer. Attention to detail is paramount, you'll need to be vigilant in design and ensure that compliance is at the heart of every order. We look for a passion for sales in a customer facing industry, an understanding of the commitments that a fast-paced retail environment brings, lots of energy and drive to be the best designer in the business, A willingness to learn new techniques with new ideas, software packages and sales approaches, A desire to keeping pushing the sales to earn as much as possible.
Following your training and development you'll be given: Uncapped commission potential - OTE €100+. A contract, working up to 40 hours per week. You in turn earn commission amounts unheard of in the kitchen and bespoke living industry.
