Commercial Project Manager: Galway

2-4 yrs Project Management experience with strong HR exposure

Our client is a privately, family-owned Irish company with a dedicated team servicing clients of all ages in care services, private homes, hospitals, and care facilities. Seeking an energetic, experienced, and innovative Project Manager. Ideally, the suitable candidate will have a strong HR experience. Working closely with senior management and reporting to the CEO, the Project Manager will have responsibility for the delivery of projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide Business Project Management to various units within the organisation at a management level ensuring the delivery of business goals and objectives.
* Manage, lead and co-ordinate a variety of existing and new projects to develop new services ie opening of new business units, client meetings, tender’s, etc
* Assist in the management of regional staff and business unit projects.
* Implement appropriate project communication structures that ensure project development and delivery within the specific time frame
* Bringing innovative new business ideas to develop specific units and improve business processes.
* Ad hoc Project Management responsibilities as required

Requirements

* Proven track record in Project management with the ability to prioritizse, multitask, and meet deadlines.
* Ideally, the suitable candidate will have a strong HR experience
* Strong leadership /managerial qualities with the ability to take ownership of projects adhering to company policy and procedures
* Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate at all levels to ensure results
* Strong organisational skills
* Full Clean Driving License is required as this role incorporated some travel
