Business Development Manager - Cork

Euro Executive Recruitment has been retained by a large-scale engineering company to recruit a Business Development Manager for a role based in Cork city.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process and produce market-leading bids

* Managing a Bid from initial assessment through to contract award

* Increase the win rate / effectiveness of bids and proposals

* Contribute to the written bid / proposal - both in terms of content and presentation

* Manage the contractual and compliance processes relating to all bids / proposals

Required Experience:

* Degree educated

* Experience of engineering / construction bid management

* Technical writing / commercial proposal writing experience

* Thorough understanding of the procurement processes

* Previous European commercial project experience
