This Market Leading IT Multinational is seeking a smart, engaging Account Manager to join their thriving EMEA HQ here in Dublin. With business in more demand than ever they are looking for only the best talent out there to be part of their future success story!!
You will manage and strategically grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across France. No cold calling, just strong relationship building, communication and growth sales skills required!
You will be responsible for:
- Customer retention & maintenance renewals
- Selling / Upselling to existing customers
- Developing long-lasting trusted relationships with customers
- Provide monthly forecast of add on business to management
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Min 4 years’ inside sales / account management within an IT B2B sales environment.
- Fluency in French
- Engage and develop relationships at Senior / C-Level
- Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency with contact management
