Telesales Executive – Homebased

Order YOYO are looking for confident and highly motivated individuals to join our exciting and expanding telesales team in Ireland. This a homebased role for the Irish market working directly with your team-mates inhouse in the UK office. We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need superstars to help us achieve that!

We Provide Independent takeaway restaurants with branded websites, Mobile apps and 360 degree marketing packages to ensure that their customers order directly from them online.

At order-yoyo you will be empowered with the relevant data, Insights and tools to grow your business online. We are here as your partner to support on your journey to continuous growth.

By providing takeaway restaurants with branded websites, mobile apps and 360° Marketing we ensure that end-consumers order directly at their localtakeaway restaurants, thus bypassing the Food Portals.  

We Offer:

·         €11 p/hr plus uncapped commission - Realistic OTE on top of basic (Our top performers are earning €1,000+ Monthly)

The Job:

·         Calling our Partners across Ireland selling benefits of our products.

·         Generating leads and booking appointments for your field-based team.

·         Upselling our exciting marketing packages to existing partners helping to increase their revenue.

·         Working towards set targets and KPIs to generate your Commission

·         To bring a great attitude and energy to your role ALWAYS!

Working Hours:

You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends – We need to be able to speak to our Restaurant partners outside of their ‘busy periods’

·         Monday – Thursday 3pm – 9pm

·         Sunday – 4 hours

What We Are Looking For:

·         We need confident individuals that enjoy speaking to people and have a great attitude on the phone

·         Previous telesales would be an advantage, but not essential as training and support are part of the role

·         Goal oriented individuals with a never say die attitude to get the job done
