Our clients undertaking is the endless development and manufacturing of commercial and industrial roofing systems and products.
THE ROLE: You will inherit an established base of clients whilst being tasked to identify and win new specifications. This is a role where you will deal with architects, specifiers and pull through the sale with an approved network of installers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Business development through advising architects, specifiers on the benefits and specifying these products on larger projects.
* Identifying new business opportunities using CIS Online and other associated methods
* CPD presentations
* Exhibitions and trade shows
THE CANDIDATE: We are looking to speak with experienced construction sales professionals who are seeking to work for a global market leading manufacturer. You will be able to demonstrate a proven sales track record at specification level within the construction market. This is mostly a self-governing position where you will be reporting back to the Regional Sales Director. You will have his full support to attack the specification market as you see fit. You will have the skill and ability to win new projects and solidify the company as number one in the market.
* Basic Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
* Commission/Bonus: €10,000+
