Our client is an enterprise software company that provides freight forwarders and carriers with a technological platform designed to streamline business processes. Their product has already been adopted by 4 of the top 20 shipping industry players and heralded as one of the most innovative solutions in the trade, bringing the largest and most established names into the forefront of digital logistical solutions.

They're looking to bring on board Sales Development Executives - self-motivated, resilient individuals keen to launch their sales career. With offices in central Dublin, this is exposure for graduates to a fast-paced career with a tech start-up in their early stages.

Key responsibilities:

Identifying and qualifying leads on behalf of the business
Strategically targeting and researching potential clients to support the wider sales team
Develop understanding of business requirements, then positioning the company's services with relevant people
Converting leads resulting from wider campaigns into quality sales leads
Working alongside the marketing team in improving and putting together new campaigns
Data cleansing and keeping accurate record of activity on company CRM
Stay abreast of industry regulations, trends and developments
There is tremendous potential for progression for graduates displaying the right combination of talent and determination - the successful candidate will then move into a field based role. Following your progression into a more senior position, you'll then be eligible for equity in the company.

Essential: Educated to degree level
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to travel in the role is essential
