THE COMPANY: Our client is a global manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, with a huge product portfolio. They offer products to cater for numerous illnesses from cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal and many more. They are now looking to hire a Sales Manager to look after their Irish sales team.
THE ROLE: As the Sales Manager for the country you will have a team of 5-10 sales representatives reporting directly into you. Your role will be to support and assist the sales reps out on the road to ensure they meet their targets. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, setting sales targets and KPIs. You will help your team achieve their monthly and yearly targets by attending customer visits with them, providing educational training and support. This will be a nationwide role but ideally they are looking for candidates within commutable distance to Dublin.
THE PERSON: Preferably you will be qualified to degree level, ideally specialising in Biomedical/Biomolecular/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Pharmacology. Management experience in the Medical industry is essential!!! Experience selling Pharmaceutical products is highly desirable. If you have experience selling medical products into primary and secondary care you may also be considered. You will be a polished and well-presented individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead a team.
THE PACKAGE:
* €65,000 - €75,000 Base Salary
* €20,000 - €30,000 OTE
* Fully expensed company car
