Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Develop strategy for the business to maximize performance and profitability

·        Lead team members in delivering an outstanding customer service experience

·        Manage the performance of your team and create a strong team culture in the business

·        Manage recruitment and retention of staff members

The Ideal Person:

• Several years management experience in a cash handling, customer facing business - Retail or Hospitality sector general management experience is an advantage
• Comfortable leading a large team 
• Outstanding commercial awareness including financial acumen
