HR People Partner: Nationwide (Including NI)
Excellent Opportunity to join a Nationwide Ladies Retail Chain within an HR Business Support Capacity: you will coach, mentor and guide all the Store Managers ensure end to end HR Support: min 3yrs exp in an HR Generalist/Advisory role with Retail Experience:
* Work hard to build great partnerships across all stores in Republic and Northern Ireland, challenging them to create successions across a broad range of roles
* Focusing on the employee life cycle, Support Line Managers in Learning and Development
* Work in collaboration with the recruitment team, coaching store managers regarding the need to prioritise Up-skill and coach all in the talent identification process
* Educate and upskill Line Managers to understand the business benefit of Talent and Engagement
* Understand the importance of financial and budget planning for HR managing headcount and benchmarking effectively through the company
* You’ll act as the performance improvement driver, coaching to deliver a positive people management culture
* Working in partnership with ER you’ll advise, coach and guide on complex ER cases helping to reduce risk
* Role model our Reward & Recognition scheme, coaching to appreciate the link between people and performance
Requirements: HR People Partner : Nationwide: Qualified HR Professional with a min 3 years within an HR Advisor/Generalist role, ideally within Retail. Able to build relationships at all levels and network in and out of the business. Understanding of UK & ROI Employment Law and Familiar with change management processes. A skilled coach that sees coaching as a two-way interchange of energies and learnings.
This role requires Nationwide Travel and Full Clean Driving License is essential
