Working for this multi-million turnover business you will be joining a true market leader. They are now looking for an internal sales manager to help coach and grow their tele-sales team. You will be responsible for selling a product that is well respected and revered in the industry.
THE COMPANY: In business for over 30 years, our client is seeking a new Inside Sales Manager to grow their business in the South West. They sell a comprehensive range of kitchen products and accessories into kitchen retailers across the country. They are a manufacturer and have a great name in the market for high-end luxury kitchen products.
THE ROLE: As the Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 6. The telesales team will be responsible for selling the full range of kitchen products into the retailers, showrooms and merchants. Your day to day activities will include coaching, mentoring, driving sales, setting targets and KPIs, budgets and forecasting. The team are heavily focused on New Business so you must be comfortable coaching and training them to have strong telesales and prospecting skills.
THE PERSON: To be successful in the role you must have MANAGEMENT experience – this is essential!!! Preferably you will have led an internal/telesales team in a previous role. However, those with management experience within another sales environment will also be considered. You must have strong organisational/leadership skills.
