Based in Dublin this job is for ideal for a person who wishes to grow their career with one of Ireland’s most recognisable brands. Job Description / Role Purpose

• Own strategic customer relationship to ensure we are driving growth

• Negotiating Joint Business Plans, leveraging all relevant customer stakeholders and internal processes

• Ensuring excellence in execution of customer plans

• Identify opportunities for future growth in line with sales strategy


Key Responsibilities

• NSV; Trade Spend; TAS

• Be category partner of choice with your account.

• Own customer plan/Joint Business Plan with clients to boost category growth, sales, customer market shares and margin

• Own new channels strategy execution in line with agreed plan 

• Own category account P&L to deliver on target business shape

• Delivering the right assortment and NPD meeting target WD levels 

• Creating great visibility on shelf, and off shelf (e.g. POI)

• Own Account volume forecast accuracy (baseline, NPD and promo)


Key Activities

• Drive the customer relationship through proactive contact and thought leadership

• Educate and professionalise relationship with clients and to develop a JBP model

• Identify specific key growth, optimize trade invest and PFP

• Get the basics right in every outlet (e.g. planograms, POI) and maximize in-store impact

• Make proactive contact with relevant customers in the channel

• Develop a compelling business case for any new opportunities that are identified 


What we look for

• Demonstrated career progression in sales/account management 

• Ideally from FMCG or having had experience working for a premium brand/organisation 

• Structured and organised account management skill set

• Consummate communicator verbal and written 

• Commercially astute negotiator

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Great team player

• Strong presentation skills

• IT literate with strong Excel, Powerpoint abilities
