• Increase sales in Irish Foodservice sector including Compass, Aramark, Insomnia and others via strong relationships with outlet decision makers.
• Utilise Central distribution, Direct delivery and 3rd party distributor supply chains, working with GSC Ops Manager and relevant GSC & Customer Order Capture processes.
• Increase outlet brand presence and value via targeted and cost effective activity
• Responsible for all outlet level trading decisions – including order capture, merchandising and promotional investment
• Support Head office and 3rd party distributor relationship management
• Responsible for management and use of relevant sales reporting software
