Wurth Ireland are part of a Global Brand name who are leaders in the field of supplying consumables to the Construction, Wood Working, Metal and Automotive Industries. We sell directly to business end users in these fields concentrating on quality and services - repeat business and relationship building with our customers. As well as opening new accounts in our field.  
 
We currently need to recruit a Key Account Sales Rep to develop cross divisional key accounts in the Limerick and Kerry area. We have 103 reps already fully employed by our company in Ireland and have been established and successful since 1982.
 
You will be responsible for the following:

Key Tasks:
• Developing new key accounts
• Managing existing key accounts
• Maximising sales and profitability for the company
• Achieve your personal and company sales targets within your territory
• Provide solutions to your customers needs
• Pursue payment of over due accounts
 
Competency Profile:
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Effective and clear communicator
• Motivated and driven to succeed
• Attention to detail
• Ability to identify opportunities to develop business.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with and manage paper work/iPad Work System

A full clean driving license is essential. 
 
Proven successful sales experience is desirable, however, a successful trade employment history will also be considered. 
 
 
Over All Package.

OTE Year 1 = €36,000 plus
