Lites Group are recruiting experienced sales representatives to join the North Dublin sales team. You will represent a well known brand, used in almost every household on a daily basis.
The campaign is NOT energy, telecoms or charity. The sale has NO contracts or payment detail requirements.
The Role:
- Promote and sell a well-known consumer brand name
- Hitting and exceeding weekly sales targets and KPI’s
- Weekly territory planning and providing feedback to your supervisor
- Following company policy and procedures in using technology for signups and reporting
- The position is a permanent full time role
- Working hours will be Monday to Friday 12-8pm
You will have:
- Min 2 years sales experience, residential sales experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence consumers positively
- Strong and proven sales knowledge with the ability to handle objections and close sales
- Professional and presentable, adhering to the company uniform code
- Have excellent time management skills
- Confidence in using technology will be an advantage(full training provided)
- A full Irish drivers licence
