Bluestone Sales & Distribution are based in Trim, Co. Meath and supply market leading brands, Brita, Kitchen Devil, Severin, Breville, PackMate, Russel, Décor, E-Cloth, Leifheit, Soehnle and Greener Cleaner products to all major retailers throughout Ireland. 

We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative/Territory Manager to cover counties Westmeath, Galway, Leitrim, Longford, Mayo, Roscommon, Donegal and Sligo. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing an existing client base of Grocery, Homewares, DIY and Electrical accounts, plus developing other opportunities for new business in the area.

The ideal candidate needs to be capable of building strong relationships with all existing customers, an ability to identify their needs and requirements and to promote our company’s branded products to sustain and grow business in order to achieve long term success.

Responsibilities

·         Develop trust relationships with an existing client base.

          Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales targets.

·        Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.

          Identify and canvass new customer opportunities for our portfolio of Brands.

·         Expand the relationships with both existing and new customers.

·         Ensure the correct product portfolio is presented to customers.

·         Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

·         Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

·      Proven experience in the Homewares/Electrical/Grocery Sector with a minimum of 2 years selling experience.

       Proven track record in achievement of Budgets.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

·      Highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who is a strong team player, used to working to targets.

       Competitive and Organised by nature with a willingness to further develop new and existing product lines.

·      Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
