Inside Sales Representative
€45k base, €45k OTE uncapped + excellent benefits
This forward thinking, SAAS leader who are dominating the market place in their area of expertise are seeking a smart, strategically minded Sales Pro to join their overachieving inside sales team in their Munich HQ.
They believe their past, present and future success is all down their talented salesforce, who work collaboratively to get the best results and deliver the best solutions and service to their customers.
This is not a junior, middle man sales role. You are at the forefront of the company, developing and acquiring new business alongside nurturing and strategically growing your existing customer portfolio across the DACH region.
You have the opportunity to join this high performing team who have been smashing their annual target year on year, with average attainment of 152% so if you are looking to really see your efforts be financially rewarded then this is the role for you!

Key responsibilities to name a few:
- Proactively develop and create new business relationships
- Identify up-selling opportunities within an existing customer base
- Deliver strong, impactful sales presentations and product demo’s that will result in a closed deal
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
The successful candidates must have:
- Min 2 years inside sales experience in a SaaS; Software Technology environment
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Solid Full Sales Cycle Skills – full sales cycle; preforming product demo’s; presenting; negotiating and closing
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com
