Our client, a company based in Co. Dublin, are currently looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover the Co. Dublin and greater Leinster area.  

Candidates must be experienced in dealing with retail managers, head office group buyers, contractors, warehouse managers, and logistic managers looking for specific solutions for their business. The candidate must come from high achievement in working in a sales and customer focused environment along with achieving sales and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales and margin targets across all product ranges while promoting the company’s products and services.
• Service existing customer base and establish new customers selling across our product range i.e. regular sales calls, seek new enquiries, raise quotations, follow-up leads, take orders, promote new products and increase business where possible.
• Regularly seek out new business and progress same to become regular accounts.
• Establish relationships with buyers across the industry.
• Co-operate with internal personnel in pursuit of business opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years Sales Experience of dealing with customers and, experience in achieving targets.
• Able to deal with customers issues/problems in a polite and courteous manner.
• The ability to manage your time to make customer calls to achieve targets.
• IT literate with full clean driving licence.
• Experience of computerised quotation/order taking systems.
