Evolving from a background in farming this organisation have grown from strength to strength and are now seeking a HR professional to become an integral addition to their team. They are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to design, implement and develop the HR strategy across two of their production sites. You will have previous experience in Human resources or recruitment and be open to developing your skills in a wider human resources role.
About the HR Manager role
This opportunity is a stand-alone role and you will have full autonomy over the HR plans going forward, everything from recruitment, people/career development, employee relations, HR administration, weekly payroll etc.
There is also an opportunity for you to become involved in the management and development of the Health & Safety systems going forward, with the overall view of hiring a H&S Manager further down the line.
You will be driven, passionate about Human Resources and employee relations and be capable of managing more than one site at any given time. You will have a relevant qualification in a HR related discipline and be capable of managing costs across the HR function.
