The Company

With nearly a century of tradition behind them, this company is a mid-market player in their field They sell a range of food ingredients including seasonings, proteins, pasta and vegetables and now seek a new Area Sales Manager in Ireland.

The Role – Area Sales Manager

The new area sales manager will be selling into food manufacturers, acting in a mainly account management capacity you will be offering high-quality products and a top-notch service; the area sales manager will be looking after a portfolio with the aim of growing it. Full product training is on offer.

This is a company who look after their team. They do not have a high turnover of staff and this is mainly down to their working environment. You will join a highly successful business where you really can make a difference.

The Candidate

Attitude will be key to your success in this role. Ideally, you will have some exposure to the FMCG or food process industry. You will be dealing with owners, managers, and buyers so you must be comfortable speaking to a variety of people on many different levels. You will be a natural problem solver and enjoy building long term relationships with your clients. A passion for food and food ingredients is essential.

For this Area Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Basic salary €30-37,000K
* Bonus
* Company car
