Our client a D12 Builder Merchants seeks a Branch Supervisor to support the day to day operations of a very busy Builder Merchants: Call Daniella 086 7750646

• Operational Branch Support including Sales, Distribution, Stock Management, Customer Service, Merchandising
• Lead and motivate branch staff by providing training, coaching and development
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that improve branch growth opportunities
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Stay abreast of competing markets

Branch Supervisor Requirement
• Proven Builder Provider/Merchants/Trade Counter experience Essential
• Sufficient knowledge of General Construction Supplies
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational skills and Results driven and customer focused
• Ability to Leader, manage and motivate team
