Duties/Responsibilities:
· Be able to present and close a deal to a customer
· Configuration and walkthrough of the New Vehicle Specification with the customer
· Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new and used cars
· Building and maintaining strong rapport with customers throughout their buying and aftersales experience
· Keeping up to date with the latest product information.
· Providing customers with specification information about all products.
· Planning and managing the customer test drive process and offering product insight during the test drive appointment.
· Implement the Bolands Sales Process consistently
· Achieving sales targets both New and Used
· Responsible for the preparation of the showroom and forecourt and ensuring both are presentable for customers.
Requirements:
· Full clean driving licence is essential
· Proven track record in a sales role is also essential
· Successful candidate must be sales focused & target driven
· Great Team player
· Outgoing and positive attitude
· Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills needed
