€30k - €33k + 5% bonus + benefits

This role will see you provide a full customer service experience to existing business customers and trial users via email / phone and deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.

What you will be responsible for:
- Respond and resolve to customer issues and questions via phone and online channels – (technical; account; billing; sales)
- Provide timely updates to users, colleagues, and management on the status of outstanding issues
- Resolve billing and pricing issues for customers
- Maintain status of issues in a call-tracking system and follow-up on escalated issues
- Troubleshooting, software installations/configurations
What they are looking for:
- Min 1 years relevant experience; customer support and/or technical support
- Tech savvy
- Both written and verbal fluency in German
- Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written)
- Previous service experience in a fast-paced phone environment
- Possess excellent organizational, time management, prioritization skills
- Experience using CRM Applications such as Salesforce.com is desirable
