THE COMPANY: This company is a well-established Irish organisation and has been in business for over 25 years. They sell a range of building energy management solutions as well as the service and maintenance contracts into the B2B market place, but mainly focused on large establishments with large energy consumption like industrial and manufacturing end users, hotels and large commercial centres.
THE ROLE: The purpose of this role is to sell service and maintenance contracts for the building management systems that this organisation sell. You will also look to win contracts with clients that have been using other suppliers for the same service. You will sell service and maintenance contracts to industrial and manufacturing end users, hotels and large commercial centres. You will speak to facility managers and building owners but quite often you will engage with third parties like M+E contractors and consultants and facility management companies. This role will be mostly focused on new business generation.
Territory: National (However majority of time will be spent in greater leinster)
FOR THIS SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE SALES MANAGER ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
* Strong new business development ability is necessary
* Ideally you will have sold a technical product or service
* Anybody selling an electrical product or service are strongly desired
* Strong commercial acumen, drive and the ability to work autonomously is a must
