Customer Service Representative - Navan Branch

Europcar, the number 1 Car Rental company in Europe, is currently seeking self-motivated & target driven individual for our Navan Branch.

This is a Full-time Permanent Contract based on an agreed roster of 40 hours per week Monday through to Sunday.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in car rental or demonstrate a strong sales background in a customer facing environment.

Your Responsibilities;

• Create the optimal rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Advise and sell optional extras to the customer according to his/her needs.
• Make expert recommendations and present every product to every customer every time.
• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
• Handle all customer needs with professionalism and confidence.
• Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ad hoc duties

Your Skills;

• Naturally driven to meet targets.
• Strong communicator with an engaging personality.
• Customer focused background with a natural sales ability.
• Competent Computer Skills
• Team player with excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
• A Full B Drivers licence required.
• Fluent English is a must both written and verbal, 2nd language is advantageous.
