They are seeking a commercial contracts sales executive based in the greater Dublin area to contribute to their growing contracts division. No bathroom sector sales experience necessary but you will need some B2B field sales experience as this role will see you on the road developing your own sales territory.   

Job overview 

Typically, you’ll spend your days setting up appointments to visit Architects, Designers, Contractors, Purchasing Managers and Site Project Managers to win new business and grow company market share in the sector. Your office will be based in Dublin but you’ll spend much of your time in the field. 

You will be provided with warm leads and will be responsible for winning back lapsed customers, growing the accounts of existing customers, and developing new business in the commercial sector. 

Key Responsibilities 

·       Continuously track the various stages of construction projects through our CRM system

·       Develop and increase sales of core products to the specification and commercial sectors

·       Provide world class customer service and follow up active projects 

Person specification: 

·       Full driver’s licence

·       B2B field sales experience

·       Bathroom sales or similar an advantage but not required as full product training will be provided

·       Hungry to learn and develop your career working alongside an exceptionally strong sales team

·       Ability to deal with the pressures of meeting deadlines

·       Strong organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team along with excellent communication skills

·       Attention to detail and accuracy 

Remuneration Package: 

·       Excellent basic salary – Up to €40k 

·       Bonuses based on sales and overall company performance

·       Car/Fuel allowance provided for first 6 months – Company jeep following completion of probationary period – Please note that a company vehicle may be provided from the offset depending on the strength of your application
